I have FCP X (10.2.3). I want the latest version. Is mine the latest?

I just shot some footage for a short film on my new Sony PXWX70 and I want to import to FCP X (10.2.3). What do I do? Just insert the memory card into my Macbook Pro? Do I need to do transcoding as I shot on XAVCHD? And what does transcoding involve?
